Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix NW/Surprise

I totally liked our stay at Residence inn. Our stay is for 10 days. The kitchen, living room, washroom are quite clean. Room service was upto date. Staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.

So much more than I expected. Great place if you are from out of town and don't want to have to eat out 3x a day. Fantastic breakfast included! So many options, this is not you cereal and toast spread. Breakfast Sammie, eggs, bacon, cereal, breads, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt and more. Gluten free options aplenty! Nice little market shop by the front desk in case you want to buy a quick snack or drink. Nice pool, bbq and a sweet fire pit to chill by! Kitchens are well equipped and the rooms are quite large. would stay here again!

My husband and son were there for travel ball baseball and had the best experience. We're bonvoy reward members so we always stay within the Marriott hotels. This by far was probably one of the best hotels (for the price point) we've stood at in Arizona. The room was spacious and the breakfast in the morning was great with lots of variety. They were very accommodating during the last day for checkout. My son kept winning his games so they pushed our checkout till 4pm. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants close by and walking distance to surprise baseball stadium. About a 25 minute drive to Glendale, to go the entertainment district. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the near future.

Everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional, truly a reflection on excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained and so comfortable. I especially appreciate the attention to details and cleanliness and presentation. The breakfast area was another highlight absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options and such a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fabulous thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Residence Inn Marriott to friends and family.

Front desk staff was excellent ! The breakfast staff was very helpful. Housekeeping kept our room in tiptop shape. We were uprooted due to plumping issues in our home and our landlord booked our stay at this location while the repairs took place and it was definitely appreciated! I appreciated it was 1.6 miles from home and my child’s school. It had a full kitchen wtih a stove, oven, actual fridge and freezer, and dishwasher so I could keep proper meals while we were displaced. My 7 year old loved the pool, especially because it was a nice temperature and appreciated the poolside stocked towels.

We were in the area to visit family for the holiday and were super pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Room was updated and super clean. It was very large and had a fire place. It had a separated bathroom and bedroom, its own living space and kitchen. The staff was super friendly, bed comfortable and very clean. There was a decent gym, outdoor basketball court, swimming pool (heated) and hot tub. Parking was also very easy. As a Marriott frequent traveler we were very pleased with our stay here and the great customer service.

Overall a very good experience. We needed this location as it was close to some places we wanted to visit. The staff gave us a nice 2 bedroom upgrade which made for a much more pleasant trip. Breakfast was good (coffee great) and the dining area was relaxing to eat in. The kitchen in our room was fully functional and the beds comfy too. If you like to walk in the mornings the area surrounding the hotel is a great place to do that.
